D12-25101

Run this across a whole ground floor and the pattern will not give itself away. D12-25101 carries eight random faces, high enough that a terrace house hall, dining area and dry kitchen can share one continuous floor without an obvious repeat. The warm chestnut colour is a mid brown that works under both daylight and warm bulbs. The surface is satin plain, so it is smooth and quick to mop, but it shows dust sooner than a textured face and should stay out of the wet kitchen. Each box holds five planks at 200 x 1200 mm, giving 1.20 m2 and weighing about 25 kg.

• Is D12-25101 suitable for a humid home?

Yes. D12-25101 is glazed ceramic with 6 to 8 percent water absorption, so humid months do not make it swell, cup or warp the way timber and laminate can.

• How many boxes of D12-25101 for a 4 x 5 m living room?

A 4 x 5 m room is 20 m². With 10 percent extra for cutting, that is 19 boxes, since each box of 5 planks (20 x 120 cm) covers 1.20 m² and weighs about 25 kg.

• Which rooms in a condo or landed house suit D12-25101?

D12-25101 works on floors and walls in family halls, bedrooms, shoplots and offices. It is rated for interior use.

• How do I clean D12-25101?

Sweep, then mop with a mild floor cleaner. The glazed satin textured face needs no oiling, sanding or polish.
