NR-142001

A dry kitchen and dining area that gets mopped most days is where NR-142001 earns its keep. The nutmeg colour sits in the middle of the wood range, warm without going red, and the satin plain surface is smooth, so a mop clears it in one pass. It shows dust sooner than a textured floor and offers no grip advantage, so keep it away from the wet kitchen. Nine random faces means a full room can be laid without an obvious repeat catching the eye. Planks are 200 x 1400 mm, 4 to a box, covering 1.12 m2 at 24 kg per box.

• Does NR-142001 cope with Malaysian humidity?

Yes. NR-142001 is glazed ceramic with 6 to 8 percent water absorption, so humid months do not make it swell, cup or warp the way timber and laminate can.

• How many boxes of NR-142001 for a 4 x 5 m living room?

A 4 x 5 m room is 20 m². With 10 percent extra for cutting, that is 20 boxes, since each box of 4 planks (20 x 140 cm) covers 1.12 m² and weighs about 24 kg.

• Which rooms in a condo or landed house suit NR-142001?

NR-142001 works on floors and walls in family halls, bedrooms, shoplots and offices. It is rated for interior use.

• How do I clean NR-142001?

Sweep, then mop with a mild floor cleaner. The glazed satin textured face needs no oiling, sanding or polish.
