NR-142012

Laid as one surface from the hall through to the dining room, NR-142012 has the face count to carry it. Twelve printed faces means nothing gives away where the pattern starts again. The colour is merlot, close to merbau decking brought indoors. Its satin plain surface is smooth and takes one pass with a mop, though it shows dust sooner than the textured tiles and adds no grip, so keep it out of the wet kitchen and off any step. Each box holds 4 planks of 200 x 1400 mm, covering 1.12 m2 at 24 kg.

• Does NR-142012 cope with Malaysian humidity?

Yes. NR-142012 is glazed ceramic with 6 to 8 percent water absorption, so humid months do not make it swell, cup or warp the way timber and laminate can.

• How many boxes of NR-142012 for a 4 x 5 m living room?

A 4 x 5 m room is 20 m². With 10 percent extra for cutting, that is 20 boxes, since each box of 4 planks (20 x 140 cm) covers 1.12 m² and weighs about 24 kg.

• Which rooms in a condo or landed house suit NR-142012?

NR-142012 works on floors and walls in family halls, bedrooms, shoplots and offices. It is rated for interior use.

• How do I clean NR-142012?

Sweep, then mop with a mild floor cleaner. The glazed satin textured face needs no oiling, sanding or polish.
