JK-915442

Small footprints forgive a smaller face set. In a granny flat, a studio or a single bedroom, the six random faces on JK-915442 will not read as a pattern, and the cost of that lower count only shows up over large continuous areas. Warm chestnut is a mid brown with brushbox warmth to it. The matt texture has a grain relief that hides scuffing better than a smooth face does. Planks are 200 x 1000 mm, packed five to a box for 1.00 m2 and 20 kg. If you are covering more than about 25 m2, open four cartons at once and pull planks from all of them.

• What does a carton of JK-915442 cover?

Each carton holds 5 planks of 20 x 100 cm and covers 1.00 m², at about 20 kg. JK-915442 is a timber look tile with a matt textured face.

• How many cartons of JK-915442 for a 28 m² open plan kitchen and dining area?

• Can JK-915442 go in an alfresco area?

No, JK-915442 is rated for interior use. For a covered alfresco or verandah, choose one of Metro's designs rated for outdoor use.

• What grout joint should JK-915442 be laid with?

JK-915442 is a curve-edge plank rather than a rectified one, so lay it with a 3 to 5 mm joint. That spacing takes up the small natural variation along the plank and reads like the gap between real boards.
