Oaklore Wallnut

Anyone pulling up jarrah boards that are past sanding is looking for exactly this colour. Oaklore Wallnut is merlot, a red brown with depth in it rather than orange, and it carries twelve random faces, the highest count in this range. That matters on a whole ground floor, where raking light from a west window will find the repeat in a cheaper design. The deep rustic texture gives grip underfoot through a hallway and hides the dust a red toned floor would otherwise show. Planks are 200 x 1200 mm in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, sold 5 to a box covering 1.20 m2 and weighing 25 kg.

• How is Oaklore Wallnut packed?

Each carton holds 5 planks of 20 x 120 cm and covers 1.20 m², at about 25 kg. Oaklore Wallnut is a timber look tile with a matte textured face.

• How many cartons of Oaklore Wallnut for a 12 m² bedroom?

Add 10 percent to 12 m² for cuts and breakage, which gives 13.2 m². At 1.20 m² a carton that is 11 cartons.

• Can Oaklore Wallnut go in an alfresco area?
