Oaklore Grigio

Unstained oak does not hold the colour it had on the day it was laid. Coatings amber, sun works on the timber under them, and a pale floor is warmer in year ten than in year one. A printed tile holds its tone, and Oaklore Grigio is that pale natural clear stain look. The deep rustic texture keeps grip underfoot and hides dust a smooth face would show. Grout is what ages a pale floor, and this plank leaves fewer grout lines per square metre than the 200 x 1200 mm version. Six random faces is a low count, so lay from several boxes. Planks are 200 x 1400 mm in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, 4 per box, 1.12 m2 and 24 kg.
