NRC-305

NRC-305 is a dark coffee brown with a satin face that shows the grain as light relief. Five random faces per design, 6 x 36 inch planks in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, 8 to a carton for 11.62 sq ft and 22 kg. A dark wood look tile needs daylight and pale walls; given those, it gives a room a base without shrinking it. In restaurants and lobbies it hides shoe marks better than a light floor. On the wall behind a sofa or a bed, NRC-305 becomes the center of the room with no paint or paper involved. It sits with white, sand, brass and dark leather.

• How many boxes of NRC-305 do I need for a 12 x 15 ft family room?

  A 12 x 15 ft room is 180 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 198 sq ft, or 18 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can NRC-305 go over radiant floor heating?

  Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• What grout joint does NRC-305 need?

  NRC-305 is a curve-edge plank, not rectified, so plan on a joint of 3 to 5 mm, about 1/8 to 3/16 inch. The wider joint gives each board its own line, the way real planks sit.
