NRC-306

NRC-306 carries a reddish merlot in the range of cherry or mahogany, on a satin face with raised grain. Five random faces per design, 6 x 36 inch planks in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, a carton of 8 covering 11.62 sq ft at 22 kg. Red brown floors read traditional in dining rooms and libraries and go with dark wood furniture, cream walls and brass. In a wine bar or restaurant the depth of color forgives daily wear. NRC-306 can be set in a herringbone, which pushes the red further forward, or laid straight for a quieter floor.

• What comes in a box of NRC-306?

NRC-306 comes in 6 x 36 inch planks, 8 to a box. One box covers 11.62 sq ft and weighs about 49 lb.

• How many boxes of NRC-306 do I need for a 12 x 14 ft living room?

A 12 x 14 ft room is 168 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 185 sq ft, or 16 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can NRC-306 go over radiant floor heating?

Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• Is NRC-306 a good choice for a bathroom floor?

NRC-306 has a satin textured face, which suits dry rooms best. For a bathroom floor, pick a design with the Matt Texture finish, which gives more grip underfoot.
