NRC-307

NRC-307 is a warm chestnut with a satin face and grain you can feel. Six random faces per design, 6 x 36 inch planks in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, 8 to a carton for 11.62 sq ft and 22 kg. The 6 x 36 inch plank is the classic proportion for a herringbone, and six faces means no board repeats within sight when it is set that way. NRC-307 suits living rooms, bedrooms, cafes and reception areas and works against white walls with dark furniture. Mid brown wood look tile is easy to keep because neither dust nor crumbs register against it.

• How many square feet does a box of NRC-307 cover?

NRC-307 comes in 6 x 36 inch planks, 8 to a box. One box covers 11.62 sq ft and weighs about 49 lb.

• How many boxes of NRC-307 do I need for a 10 x 12 ft bedroom?

A 10 x 12 ft room is 120 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 132 sq ft, or 12 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can NRC-307 go over radiant floor heating?

Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• What grout joint does NRC-307 need?

NRC-307 is a curve-edge plank, not rectified, so plan on a joint of 3 to 5 mm, about 1/8 to 3/16 inch. The wider joint gives each board its own line, the way real planks sit.
