Oaklore Cemento takes the grain of a wood look tile and colors it a soft cement gray, so the tile lands between a timber look and a concrete look. The face is rustic texture with a grain relief you can feel and six random faces per design. Planks are 6 x 36 inches in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, a carton of 8 covering 11.62 sq ft at 22 kg. Gray wood look tile is a frequent pick for offices, studios and rental units because it hides dust, works with most furniture and does not go out of style. Oaklore Cemento is also made in 8 x 40, 8 x 48 and 8 x 56 inch planks.

  A 12 x 15 ft room is 180 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 198 sq ft, or 18 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can Oaklore Cemento go over radiant floor heating?

  Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• What grout joint does Oaklore Cemento need?

  Oaklore Cemento is a curve-edge plank, not rectified, so plan on a joint of 3 to 5 mm, about 1/8 to 3/16 inch. The wider joint gives each board its own line, the way real planks sit.
