D9-1509

A dark floor in an apartment can look flat if the same three planks keep coming back. D9-1509 avoids that with nine random faces, so the tuscan coffee grain shifts across the room the way ironbark does. The satin texture is lightly raised, which helps here, because a smooth dark floor shows every speck of dust and this one does not show as much. It also stays cooler than a timber board in a room that takes afternoon sun. Planks are 150 x 900 mm, glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, boxed 8 to a carton for 1.08 m2 of coverage at 22 kg.

• How is D9-1509 packed?

Each carton holds 8 planks of 15 x 90 cm and covers 1.08 m², at about 22 kg. D9-1509 is a timber look tile with a satin textured face.

• How many cartons of D9-1509 for a 20 m² living area?

Add 10 percent to 20 m² for cuts and breakage, which gives 22.0 m². At 1.08 m² a carton that is 21 cartons.

• Can D9-1509 go in an alfresco area?

No, D9-1509 is rated for interior use. For a covered alfresco or verandah, choose one of Metro's designs rated for outdoor use.
