L6-1049

L6-1049 carries a light honey gold on a smooth satin face. The tone matches oiled pine or pale oak and makes a room friendly without going cold the way a white floor can. Six random faces per design, 6 x 36 inch planks in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, a carton of 8 covering 11.62 sq ft at 22 kg. Light wood look tile like this is a good call for kitchens, hallways and kids' rooms, since it hides crumbs better than white while still returning light. Honey works particularly well with white cabinet fronts, green and terracotta.

• What comes in a box of L6-1049?

L6-1049 comes in 6 x 36 inch planks, 8 to a box. One box covers 11.62 sq ft and weighs about 49 lb.

• How many boxes of L6-1049 do I need for a 10 x 12 ft bedroom?

A 10 x 12 ft room is 120 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 132 sq ft, or 12 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can L6-1049 go over radiant floor heating?

Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• What grout joint does L6-1049 need?

L6-1049 is a curve-edge plank, not rectified, so plan on a joint of 3 to 5 mm, about 1/8 to 3/16 inch. The wider joint gives each board its own line, the way real planks sit.
