NRC-110

NRC-110 runs a full nutmeg brown on a smooth satin face. Four random faces per design, 6 x 36 inch planks in glazed ceramic at 9 to 9.5 mm, a carton of 8 covering 11.62 sq ft at 22 kg. Nutmeg is the most forgiving wood tone in a working room because it shows neither the dust that a dark floor shows nor the crumbs that a white one does. The smooth glaze suits hotel rooms, restaurants and family living rooms that get mopped daily. It sits well with cream walls, brass and deep green upholstery. With four faces, blend cartons before setting so the grain distributes evenly.

• How is NRC-110 sold?

NRC-110 comes in 6 x 36 inch planks, 8 to a box. One box covers 11.62 sq ft and weighs about 49 lb.

• How many boxes of NRC-110 do I need for a 14 x 16 ft great room?

A 14 x 16 ft room is 224 sq ft. With 10 percent added for cuts and breakage that is 246 sq ft, or 22 boxes at 11.62 sq ft each.

• Can NRC-110 go over radiant floor heating?

Yes. It is a glazed ceramic plank 9 to 9.5 mm thick, so it does not gap, cup or split as the floor warms, and it has no 80°F (27°C) surface limit the way engineered wood does.

• Is NRC-110 a good choice for a bathroom floor?

NRC-110 has a smooth satin face, which suits dry rooms best. For a bathroom floor, pick a design with the Matt Texture finish, which gives more grip underfoot.
